a. Erinn, you haven't spoken much tonight, how are you feeling?

HORRIBLE Jeffrey! Recently, I have been coming down with an illness and it doesn't feel good. Ethan may be gone, but he left his contagious constipation behind here in camp. It's all because of that dead carcass we found the other day. I ate way too much of it and now I'm paying for it...big time.

b. Could this have effects on your game?

Of course it could. I have been really secluded and quiet lately, but I had alerted everyone a couple days ago that I knew I was coming down with something for this week and it was gonna affect my performance for the next couple (2) rounds. Fortunately, most of this tribe consists of former Chencha members so they all know that I do contribute to the tribe both at camp life and in challenges when I am feeling well and on par. As soon as I get better (Friday the 31st at about 11 EST), I will be ready to fight hard for our tribe like I've been doing this whole game.

So uhh, I just got back last night and I have already missed a lot. Thankfully, nothing too serious really, but I mean I missed the beginning of the merge. Now I am a step behind on getting to know Cass, Artis, and Tina. I have already started talking to Cass and Artis and they seem like nice people. The thing is, they both started the conversation with me so obviously they probably talked with everyone like that. Right now, the big physical threats would be myself, Morgan,Artis, and Bob/Brendan/Alina to a slightly lesser extent. (i.e. Alina is super good at posting challenges). Tina, Cass, Shirin, and Colby aren't as prevalent in my opinion in challenges so I would like if they stayed around longer so I don't have as much competition. Obviously, I'm not gonna win all these immunity challenges right now because I need to keep a low profile and don't want to start winning a ton of immunities right away, but I would like to win reward challenges because something tells me there are hidden clues for the idol in the rewards.

I am trying my best to rekindle my relationships with Morgan and Brendan as best I can, but I have a feeling they might be closer now that they were on a tribe together. And poor Kenny. I think he would've been loyal to me, but I gotta play with the cards I am dealt. This will be my first tribal council so we'll see how it goes!

Erinn (20:02:03): So last round, I came down with something bad. I don't even know what it was. I was just relaxing in my secret hot springs and then before I knew it, I was coughing a lot and my stomach did not feel good at all. I honestly thought I was going to die because there was no one else around and I had no idea what was going on. At that point, I was hurting very badly and couldn't make it back to camp since it was too far of a walk. So instead, I used my makeshift skills and created a tiny shelter made of some flimsy wood and leaves all by myself and used the hot springs to boil the rat I caught. The next day I made it back to camp on one piece where I told everyone what had happened to me. Unfortunately, the after effects of whatever happened affected me to the point where I had to sit out of a couple challenges and I was sleeping a lot more than usual so I could recover quicker. Finally, yesterday, after taking a super long nap during the day, I woke up and felt fine. It almost felt as if whatever I had had just disappeared. I don't know how it happened, but I was good as new and ready to get back in the game and play hard like I've been doing the whole game. Maybe it was the wet leaf I licked or the spices I sprinkled on my papaya, but I am better than ever. Erinn is back with a fire raging!

So today I am going to tribal for the first time. It's a bittersweet feeling. Happy that I get to experience some fun scrambling yet not exactly excited to possibly be voted out. Back at camp, the discussions going on aren't too many in number. There seems to be the general consensus that the original Chencha members will be sticking together. As of now, my main allies are Alina and Morgan. I know Alina trusts Colby a ton, but I'm not as close to Colby as she is and hopefully I can keep that from biting me in the butt later on. Morgan tells me everything straightforward and I love it. She doesn't hide things and tells it like it is. Brendan I have not talked to very much since we merged and it's sad. I wanted to reunite with him, but Idk if he is too easily swayed by the Gorgora members. I heard about the Kenny vs. Brendan feud that went down on Gorgora and I think that was a really dumb game move especially on Kenny's part. He essentially voted himself out. Anyway back to the vote. The general consensus is that Bob is going to be the one we are all voting for. I personally don't mind this as he would ditch me and Alina in a heartbeat for his Gorgora mates. My only problem with this is that if somehow Brendan and Morgan did make a pact with Cass, Artis, and Tina over on NuGorgora, me and Alina could be screwed next round. I doubt that is the case, but I'm thinking of all angles at this point. I never feel safe and no one ever should bevause if you do, you're going home. However, with that said, there is a fine line between being cocky and paranoid and you should try to find a middle ground between the two so you can keep you sanity, but be ready for anything that comes at you. As for the opposing Gorgora side, me and Alina have decided to tell them Shirin since she's never online and chances are she wouldn't be that mad we said her name since she essentially asked us to vote her out when Ethan went. So it's looking to be between Bob and Shirin. If all goes well, Bob goes home. There is really no dissention about this vote and that's good. From all the previous games I've played, for some reason, the second tribal after the merge always seems to be super chaotic and I have no idea why. So next round, I'll be going for immunity if it looks to be a challenge I can do well at. Oh and I don't think anyone has the idol yet since there's like a million different options for the password and you basically need a clue. So no one is worrying about that too much at this point.
