Doctor - What's happening?

Ethan - It's painful. I have been constipated for several days now. aaaaaaahhh.

Doctor - Can you describe the pain?

Ethan - I'm just blocked up and it's very, very, very painful.

Doctor - How long?

Ethan - Several days.

(Sounds like Charmin Paper isn't enough..)

While they were examinating, Jeff Probst arrives on scene.

Doctor - I think we will have to pull him out of the game, this is getting very dangerous. His stomach or intestine could easily tear up if this keeps going.

Ethan cries and in pain.

Doctors are pulling him out.

Jeff Probst - You guys had a tribal council this round in order to eliminate a member of your tribe, but with the loss of Ethan today, you will no longer need to go to tribal council. Tribal council is cancelled.

That's right! No tribal council today!! Ethan has been inactive for three rounds, received a warning in private, and he has reached his deadline, so as soon as he would be vulnerable, this would happen. So this is happening.
