During the reward challenge, a majority of people said that I will be going out if I don't win the next immunity. I sort of already knew this, but it hurts to have the truth validated. I'm just going kick back and enjoy my remaining days in Ethiopia, because there is no one from the Chencha side of the tribe that I care about nor do I want to speak to.

I've noticed that Tina has been really rubbing shoulders with Alina, Erinn and Morgan. I don't blame her, she's playing the game, but it's kind of disappointing that she has so blatantly left me and Cass behind socially.

I wasn't ready to say goodbye to the immunity necklace, so I was determined to get it back right after Jeff took it away from me at the challenge. We were divided into three groups and we had to eat some kind of disgusting "local delicacy" as quickly as we can. Of course, my group got a nasty lump of larvae. I closed my eyes and chewed and chewed and finished JUST after Shirin did. Just like that, I was out. Just like that, I'm going to be voted out next.

Erinn, who has been pretty much one of the only Chencha folk who has bothered to be nice to me, came up to me when we got back to camp and told me that it was between me and Tina for the boot. I could have pleaded my case, but I told her that Tina should stay. I'm so tired of fighting in this game, I don't think I can do it anymore. This isn't me quitting, this is me accepting defeat and being thankful for how far I made it.

Yeah you totally could...It's huge! I only spent a few hours there today though because I really only went there for one store so after I finished shopping there I just ducked into a couple others, then got starbucks and left haha

We go down south to the border of Idaho where there is this desert and a native cultural center
and a really big model train tiny city which is cool to see

Relax at home a lot, haha, spend a lot of time with dog, and then just try to see as many friends as possible
most of my friends live like an hour and a half away so sometimes it's hard

Yeah kind of! Basically the main attraction of the town is the huge university. So the population of the town where I'm from is around 100,000 people, but about 35,000 of them are college students who attend that university, and so during winter break and the summer, a lot of them are gone. But during the academic year, there are students everywhere and you will find the university logo almost everywhere, and the downtown is catered to the college students

Yeah, that's very true haha. But I have lived in Georgia almost my whole life and I just didn't feel like I would grow up by going to school in the town I grew up in. I wanted to go somewhere else to experience a new place. It's definitely a lot more expensive, but I feel like I've grown up a lot more and learned a lot more than I would have if I stayed in my hometown.

I wanted to go somewhere super different from Georgia just to get a totally new experience, I also wanted a university with a good journalism program and that was in a big city
So just turned out that Minneapolis fit all of that!
